Getting to the point, along with the best sellers, I am also going to be doing a “Friday favorites” post every week. This post will basically just consist of shows I am watching, books I am reading, podcasts I am listening to, new products I am using (maybe a product of the week?!), something new I am trying, etc. Hopefully, it will be a resource for you if you are looking to find a good read, expand your knowledge, try a holy grail product, or just find a show that will help you wind down and relax. I am all about “work hard-rest hard”, so I will do my best to help y’all with both!

The podcast I’m listening to
The Skinny Confidential Him & Her. In fact, I’m listening to it right now. I don’t know why it took me so long to discover this, but you guys- I am obsessed! Not only are Michael and Lauren the cutest ever, but they are super knowledgable. Lauren is a blogger and owner of the lifestyle brand, “the skinny confidential” (obv), and Michael is a serial entrepreneur. They interview amazing people on this podcast who give great tips and are so educational! I love expanding my knowledge and learning new things out of my comfort zone, and they are definitely not afraid to get out of the comfort zone! They talk about everything from routines, time management, sex, blogging, marriage, recs.. I could go on. Anything you want to know is on here, or if you just want to laugh, listening to them is literally just like sitting down with your friends. I highly recommend!

The book I’m reading
I am actually in between books right now, but I just finished “Girl Wash Your Face” by Rachel Hollis. I’m sure a ton of you have already read it (I was a little behind on this), but if you’re still on the fence- I loved it! She was a wedding planner, a food blogger, and now owner of a huge lifestyle brand/business. She is extremely real, discussing her past and her struggles along with being so incredibly motivating at the same time! I love to hear about successful people’s habits/routines, and she really puts things into focus + goes into detail. Not to mention, she just moved like 20 minutes away from me so I might be fan girling!

Product of the week:
Este lauder double wear foundation. I will never stop bringing this up. I tried this probably 2 weeks ago? I can’t remember-but I will never go back. Holy crap this is amazing: full coverage, smells nice, goes on smooth, doesn’t look caky. It’s everything.
The show I’m watching
The Handmaid’s tale! Okay, It’s hard to fully explain this show without it sounding super weird or giving it away. It’s really disturbing but seriously so good! I’m addicted to it, and you should definitely watch it! It’s a hulu original.

Something new I am trying
For a few weeks now I have been getting up between 5-5:30 in the morning and it’s amazing. That was just a tease though- I will do a full morning routine post soon babes! Mornings have become so important to me lately, so I can’t wait to share. Something else I have started as well is using C4 pre-workout. I put a scoop in my 8 ounces of water, and then the instructions say to drink it 30-20 minutes before a workout. So me being the OCD person I am, starts drinking it exactly 30 minutes before my workout, and I make sure to finish it before I hit the 20 minute mark because who knows what’s gonna happen! Maybe my stomach will explode if it’s not in those intervals. Dramatic?! You don’t need to be a crazy person like me, but I have seen a difference with this! I feel really good when I workout (this obviously isn’t the only reason) and it really just tastes good. Plus, I feel like it gives you that boost as well because if you drink it you’re like, “well I have to go to the gym now, I already drank it!” (I mean your stomach might explode if you don’t).
